Pork in the oven

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 pound of pork 
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped 
  • 5-6 potatoes 
  • Juice of one orange 
  • Juice of 1.5 lemon 
  • mustard 
  • salt 
  • pepper 
  • oregano 
  • olive oil 


Let's start...

1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2  Place tha pork in the pot with lid, add salt, pepper, oregano. mix it and place it into the .
3 Cut the potatoes in quarters and place them between the meat.4 And the garlic.
5 In a bowl, add the orange juice, lemon juice, mustard and mix it. Then pour over the meat and the potatoes.
6 Finally add a little olive oil and some water.
Bake it for about 2 hours. Then, open the lid  and leave it in the oven for half an hour or less to absorb the juices.

Fried anchovies


Ingredients
- 1 pound of cleaned anchovies (do not remove the bone, which is a source of calcium)
- half glass of water
- half glass of white wine
- juice of half lemon
--------------------------------------------------
- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper



Let's start cooking...
1 In a deep frying pan put all ingredients except anchovy
2 When it begins to boil and add the anchovies
3 If the anchovies aren’t covered with water, add a boiled water.
4. Boil for 15 minutes
5. Remove the anchovies  from the pan with a slotted spoon and serve by adding broth from the pan, a little raw olive oil and pepper according to your desire
