Fried anchovies


Ingredients
- 1 pound of cleaned anchovies (do not remove the bone, which is a source of calcium)
- half glass of water
- half glass of white wine
- juice of half lemon
--------------------------------------------------
- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper



Let's start cooking...
1 In a deep frying pan put all ingredients except anchovy
2 When it begins to boil and add the anchovies
3 If the anchovies aren’t covered with water, add a boiled water.
4. Boil for 15 minutes
5. Remove the anchovies  from the pan with a slotted spoon and serve by adding broth from the pan, a little raw olive oil and pepper according to your desire
